Baazi Games is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the analytics, CRM, reporting, back office, player segmentation, campaigns and operational tooling that power our gaming ecosystem.

You will operate at the intersection of Product, Data, Growth, Operations and Engineering, building systems to understand players, improve retention and monetization, and enable faster data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of strong Product Management experience.
Strong analytical/product sense.
Experience working closely with engineering and data teams.
Ability to define metrics and translate data into product decisions.
Experience building internal tools / platforms / dashboards / CRM products.
Experience with experimentation and cohort analysis.

Responsibilities

Analytics & Reporting ownership.
