We are looking for an Associate ProductManager to join a team operating and growing a live game.
This role sits at the intersection ofplayers, product, data, design, and live operations. You will help understandhow players engage with the game, identify opportunities to improve theexperience, and work with cross-functional teams to turn those insights intoproduct changes, features, events, and experiments.
You should be comfortable moving betweendata and gameplay, understanding both what the numbers are telling us and whatis happening inside the game. The goal is not just to report performance, butto understand why players behave the way they do and what we should do next.
You are able to move beyond reporting thata metric changed and explain why it changed, which players were affected, whatpart of the game caused it, and what we should do next.
Over time, you should develop enoughunderstanding of the game and its players to independently identify productopportunities, build a case for them using data and player insight, and helpdrive them from hypothesis through implementation and measurement.
