Role Overview

As the Principal Product Manager, you will own the strategic vision, development, and execution of our gaming portfolio. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including game designers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers—you will be responsible for delivering engaging gaming experiences that boost retention, monetization, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and implement the long-term product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the complete product lifecycle—from ideation to launch, and continuous post-release optimization.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics, player feedback, and A/B testing to prioritize features and elevate player experience.
• Monetization & Retention: Develop and execute monetization strategies, loyalty programs, and in-game mechanics to maximize revenue and engagement.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with design, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and innovation.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, assess competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Live Operations: Drive feature rollouts, manage live operations, and refine gameplay mechanics based on player insights.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a product evangelist, clearly articulating product vision and roadmaps to leadership, teams, and partners.

Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in online gaming, real-money gaming (RMG), or mobile gaming.

Proven expertise in game monetization, live operations, and user retention strategies.

Strong understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and engagement loops.

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and user analytics.

Experience with Agile methodologies and managing cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership.

Passion for gaming, with a player-first mindset.
