Job summary

Flam, Bengaluru-based, is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape AI-native creator tools used for interactive brand content. You’ll own end‑to‑end design, from IA to polished UI, and work on editors, builders, no‑code environments, or CMS-like tools where users produce output.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in product design, experience with complex interactions, strong prototyping skills, and a compelling design rationale. On‑site in Bengaluru with a fast‑moving team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product design, with meaningful time on creation or authoring tools (design tools, editors, no-code builders, CMS, IDEs, creative software).
• Fluency with genuinely hard interaction problems: hierarchies, multi‑state objects, progressive disclosure.
• Prototyping ability: high‑fidelity prototypes with real logic, or code.
• Strong reasoning: ability to argue a design decision clearly.
