Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a UI Designer, Visual Designer, or Product Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles across web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate visual design decisions to teams, developers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop, maintain, and advocate for design systems and reusable component libraries.

We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create visually engaging, intuitive, and highly functional interfaces for our software and platforms. You will blend typography, color, layout, and interaction design to elevate the overall user experience. Ultimately, your goal is to translate user needs and business requirements into beautiful, user-friendly digital products that attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities

• Visual Design: Translate wireframes, user flows, and UX concepts into high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs.
• Design Systems: Develop, maintain, and advocate for comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
• Prototyping & Motion: Create interactive prototypes and incorporate motion design to demonstrate UI behaviors and enhance user engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product designers and product managers to ensure visual designs align with user needs and product vision.
• Responsive Design: Design optimized, responsive interfaces for a wide range of devices and screen sizes (web, mobile, and tablet).
• Developer Handoff: Prepare detailed design assets, specifications, and documentation to ensure a seamless handoff to the engineering team.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct visual QA to ensure the final developed product matches the intended design and quality standards.

Skill Required

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a UI Designer, Visual Designer, or Product Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles across web and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Jitter, etc.
• Extensive experience in applying UI design best practices, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• Familiarity with creating and managing design systems and component-based architectures.
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and frontend constraints to ensure your designs are technically feasible.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate visual design decisions to teams, developers, and clients.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting polished, pixel-perfect interfaces.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, including expertise in both print and digital media.
