Job summary

Flam, Bengaluru-based AI-native content startup, is seeking a Junior Product Designer to join its product team. You’ll work with Product, Engineering and Design to craft intuitive, visually engaging experiences at scale for AI-powered, immersive products.

You will design end-to-end flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI, contribute to a design system, and participate in user research and reviews. A strong portfolio and 1–3 years of experience are essential, with Figma proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Product/UX design.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end product design work.
• Solid understanding of UX, visual design, typography and interaction design.
• Proficiency in Figma and related design tools.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and experiment.
• Experience designing B2B SaaS, consumer products, or AI-powered products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design end-to-end product experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a design system.
• Understand user problems and translate them into simple, intuitive solutions.

About the Role
