Job summary

Flam in Bengaluru is seeking a visual designer to craft high‑craft visual and motion work for global brands. You’ll shape a production pipeline around generative tools, ensuring outputs are brand-appropriate, reusable, and production-ready.

You have 3–5 years in visual, motion or brand design, fluency with generative tools, and a systems‑minded approach to speed and iteration in a fast‑paced studio environment.

• 3-5 years in visual, motion, or brand design with a portfolio showing range and taste - not one aesthetic on repeat.
• Real fluency with generative tools, plus a clear-eyed view of where they break
• Motion and interaction sensibility. This work is experienced, not just viewed
• Systems instinct and speed

Flam is building the next generation of interactive media through its content format. We are an AI-native technology company transforming how brands and consumers interact through immersive, interactive content. Our technology enables rich, app-less experiences that can be launched instantly on smartphones, creating a fundamentally different way for brands to engage consumers. We are backed by leading investors and already work with some of the world's largest brands. We are now building Flicks, our interactive media format for the US market.

About the role

Flam builds AI-native tools for interactive brand content. We're hiring a visual designer who treats generative tooling as a production pipeline, and who thinks in systems rather than one-offs.

You’ll create high-craft visual work that the world's leading brands and agencies build on top of. Every piece has to hold up commercially, survive being adapted for different brands, and still look intentional afterwards.
