Job summary

Powerol Energy Systems Chennai seeks a technical role to lead client-site activities from erection to commissioning, ensuring robust process design and specification. You will contribute to mass and energy balance, P&IDs, and operating procedures, while supporting pre-sales with technical proposals and client visits.

The candidate should have knowledge of solids handling and related equipment, with exposure to pyrolysis or carbon materials, enabling hands-on design and installation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of solids handling and size-reduction equipment: mills, air classifiers, pelletizers, pneumatic conveying, and dust collection.
• Pyrolysis, carbon black, activated carbon, or similar thermal processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical face at client sites and oversee the process from erection through commissioning.
• Strengthen standard process design: mass and energy balance, P&IDs, equipment specs and operating procedures.
• Support pre-sales with technical proposals and client visits.
