Job summary

Invesco in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to handle invoice processing and payments. You will respond to vendor and internal queries via ServiceNow, ensure timely payments, and support month-end close while upholding SOX controls as part of a global finance team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Accounts Payable (Invoice Processing & Payments).
• Familiar with SOX controls and internal policies.
• Experience using workflow tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve vendor and internal queries related to Invoice status and Payments.
• Respond via ServiceNow tickets, emails, or workflow tools.
• Ensure queries are resolved within defined SLAs and TATs.
• Monitor payment status and respond to queries.
• Prepare and execute payment runs.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Escalate critical issues and coordinate with AP processors, treasury, or business teams.
