Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in India is seeking a regular full-time Accounts Payable professional to review and process invoices, validate critical details, and release payments on time. You will resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines and adhere to compliance standards within a night-shift, office-based setting.

The role involves ensuring accurate reconciliations, supporting process improvements, and partnering with requisitions to resolve queries. A finance or accounting background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Masters in finance or related fields is a plus.
• Professional experience in accounts payable and finance processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and provide resolutions.
• Validate essential invoice details: supplier, PO, bank account, invoice number/date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately.
• Ensure pay runs are completed as agreed with customers.
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines.
