• Extensive experience in Civil & Structural engineering design and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating Civil & Structural engineering activities across multiple projects and proposals.
• Ensuring compliance with discipline standards, project specifications, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Managing engineering deliverables within approved schedules, budgets, and allocated man-hours.
• Reviewing and approving engineering documents, calculations, drawings, and vendor deliverables.
• Supporting technical procurement activities and providing engineering input for material selection and procurement.
• Driving continuous improvement in engineering practices, procedures, workflows, and productivity benchmarks.
• Providing technical guidance, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-sharing support to engineers and designers.
• Supporting construction teams and site activities through technical clarifications, inspections, and resolution of site queries.
• Participating in technical communities, development of engineering standards, and implementation of lessons learned.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Principal Civil & Structural Engineer to join our engineering team in Noida, India. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in Civil & Structural design engineering, project execution, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical leadership within EPC or detailed engineering environments.

Brief Description

The Sr. Principal Civil & Structural Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and driving the successful execution of engineering proposals and projects. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, industry standards, project requirements, and safe, cost-effective design solutions.

Major Responsibilities

Qualifications

You must be able to demonstrate and provide evidence of the following:

• 18+ years of experience in EPC or detailed engineering companies executing projects in Oil & Gas, Energy, Refining, Petrochemical, and related industries.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering (B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech.).
• Extensive experience in Civil & Structural engineering design and project execution.

Proven Expertise In

• Pile Foundation Design
• Soil-Supported Foundation Design
• Dynamic Foundation Design (Compressors, Motors, Fans, etc.)
• Structural Steel Design and Connection Design
• Modular Steel Structure Design, Lifting & Transportation Analysis
• Shop Drawing Review and Supervision
• Construction Quantity Estimation and Management
• Experience managing soil investigation studies and topographical surveys.
• Strong knowledge of Indian, American, and European design codes and standards.
• Experience in subcontracting activities, bid evaluations, technical clarifications, and site support during construction and erection phases.
• Strong understanding of material specifications, testing requirements, procurement support, and RFI management.
• Ability to identify project risks, opportunities, and cost optimization measures during project execution.
• Excellent interdisciplinary coordination and communication skills.
