Job summary

Air Liquide in India seeks an experienced Civil/Structural engineer to develop and implement engineering practices for EPC projects. You will review activities, monitor workflows, and collaborate with SME and project teams to optimize procedures. The role requires 7–14 years in EPC/detail design and proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related tools. Training and coordination of engineers are also involved.

Qualifications

• 7–14 years of experience in EPC or detail design engineering for execution of projects in Oil & Gas or related sectors.
• Proficiency in design tools: STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, MS Office, SmartPlant Review and Navisworks.
• Experience in Vibratory Equipment Foundation design – Table Top / Block Foundation.
• Bachelor/Master degrees in Civil/Structural engineering as listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements engineering practices, workflows and procedures; suggests specs and procedures.
• Reviews work activities and projects; monitors workflow and KPIs.
• Consults with SME and Project Management Teams for guidance and decisions.
• Manages KPIs, benchmarks and efficiency figures for estimating equipment, materials and man-hours.
• Contributes to optimization of engineering practices based on KPIs.
• Solves problems of varying complexity.
• Coordinates and participates in training for Designers/Engineers/Senior Engineers in the discipline.

• Participates in the development and implementation of engineering practices, workflows and procedures; recommends and implements resulting specs and procedures.Participates to reviews of work activities and projects; monitors workflow.
• Participates to reviews of work activities and projects; monitors workflow.
• Consults with and makes recommendations to SME and Project Management Teams.
• Controls key parameters (KPIs), benchmarks and efficiency figures to be applied in estimating equipment, material and man-hours.
• Contributes to optimization of engineering practices, workflows and procedures based on collected KPIs.
• Solves problems of various degrees of complexity.
• Coordinates and participates for the training programs for Designers / Engineers/Senior Engineers in the technical Discipline.

Job Requirements :

• Education: MTech /ME , BTech / BE - Civil & Structure
• Work Experience: 7-14 years of Experience in EPC or Detail design engineering company in the engineering discipline for execution of projects in various sectors like Oil & Gas
• Tool proficiency - STAAD Pro, Auto-CAD, MS Office, Smart Plant Review / Navisworks
• Experience in Vibratory Equipment Foundation design - Table Top / Block Foundation
