Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in EPC or detailed engineering in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Energy, or related industries.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech.)
• Strong experience in electrical design engineering, power system studies, and project execution.
• Hands-on experience with ETAP, System Study tools, and 3D Modeling platforms.
• Ability to independently develop SLDs, SCDs, and Control Schematics.
• Thorough understanding of MV/LV motors, transformers, diesel generators, VFDs, and switchgear systems.
• Experience in Cable Sizing, Earthing System Design, Lighting Design Calculations, and Dialux Software.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering deliverables for proposals and projects.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, discipline manuals, project specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve engineering documents, calculations, electrical system studies, and vendor deliverables.
• Manage technical procurement activities for major electrical equipment.

The Principal Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading electrical engineering activities across proposals and projects, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions. The role involves technical leadership, project execution, engineering governance, vendor management, and mentoring of engineering teams.

The major responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing electrical engineering deliverables for proposals and projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in EPC or detailed engineering companies executing projects in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Energy, Air Separation, or related industries.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech.)
• Strong experience in electrical design engineering, power system studies, and project execution.
• Hands-on experience with ETAP, System Study tools, and 3D Modeling platforms.
• Ability to independently develop Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), System Control Diagrams (SCDs), and Control Schematics.
• Thorough understanding of major electrical equipment including MV/LV Motors, Transformers, Diesel Generators, VFDs, and Switchgear Systems.
• Experience in Cable Sizing, Earthing System Design, Lighting Design Calculations, and Dialux Software.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
