Job summary

Everest Blowers, an Ingersoll Rand company, is seeking a Sr. PPC Engineer to lead production planning, SAP-PP operations, and inventory control to ensure on-time deliveries. You will coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, sales, and quality teams to optimize production schedules and material availability.

The role requires 5+ years in PPC with SAP-PP, a BE/B.Tech in mechanical engineering, and a fully site-based position in Haryana, India.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE in mechanical engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of PPC experience and SAP-PP proficiency.
• Site-based role in Haryana, India.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute production planning activities based on customer demand and production capacity.
• Run and monitor SAP MRP processes, analyze planning outputs and create/ maintain production orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Execution, Quality, and store teams for production execution.
• Monitor material availability and ensure timely replenishment to avoid production disruptions.
• Track production performance, schedule adherence, capacity utilization, and delivery commitments.
• Analyze shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving stock, and implement improvement actions.
• Support inventory management, cycle counting, and stock accuracy initiatives.
• Generate and analyze PPC KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, plan adherence, and production efficiency.

Job Summary

PPC Senior Engineer is responsible for production planning, scheduling, material requirement planning (MRP), inventory control, and SAP PP module operations to ensure smooth manufacturing processes, optimum inventory levels, and on‑time customer deliveries.
