Everest Blowers & Vacuum Pumps – An Ingersoll Rand Business is seeking a Service Engineer to address service queries at customer sites and resolve technical issues through timely visits and support. The role includes installation, commissioning, repair, overhauling, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support for Everest/Robuschi blowers, with a focus on growth in spare parts and AMC/CAMC contracts.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Good knowledge of the aftermarket (parts & service) within the Air Compressor, Blower, Vacuum Pump, and Industrial Equipment industry.
• 4-5 years of experience within Blowers, Vacuum Pumps, Compressors, or Industrial Pump industry.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond timely to customer calls for the assigned territory.
• Install, commission, repair, overhaul, and troubleshoot Everest Blowers, Robuschi Blowers at customer sites.
• Ensure service calls are attended and resolved within the predefined timeline.
• Inspect, diagnose faults, repair and refurbish blower and vacuum equipment.
• Provide training to customers and internal teams on installation, operation and maintenance.

Job Summary

Service Engineer is responsible for addressing all service-related queries at customer sites and resolving technical issues through timely site visits and support. The role includes installation, commissioning, repairing, overhauling, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support activities for Everest Blowers and Robuschi Blowers. The candidate should also possess a business-generation mindset to identify opportunities for spare sales, AMC/CAMC contracts, and service business growth.

Responsibilities

• To manage and respond timely to customer calls for the assigned territory.
• Independent execution of installation, commissioning, repairing, overhauling, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Everest Blowers, Robuschi Blowers, Screw Pumps, Boosters, and Vacuum Pumps.
• Ensure service call attendance and resolution at customer sites within the predefined timeline.
• Carry out inspection, fault diagnosis, repair, and refurbishment of blower and vacuum equipment.
• Support customers through technical and administrative activities.
• Prepare and submit service reports and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Provide installation, operation, and maintenance training to internal and external customers.
• Suggest adequate spare parts stocking at customer sites to minimize machine downtime.
• Support the Aftermarket Spare Sales Team to maximize AMC/CAMC coverage.
• Close coordination with the factory team to ensure timely availability of spares at site.

Basic Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor Degree (Mechanical / Electrical)

Good knowledge of the aftermarket (parts & service) within the Air Compressor, Blower, Vacuum Pump, and Industrial Equipment industry.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience within the Blowers, Vacuum Pumps, Compressors, or Industrial Pump industry.
• Hands‑on experience in installation, commissioning, repairing, troubleshooting, and overhauling of Everest Blowers and Robuschi Blowers.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
