We're looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing expert to lead our paid advertising efforts across Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms. You'll drive customer acquisition, optimize ad spend, and deliver measurable ROI for our clients.

Requirements

• • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing and paid advertising
• • Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
• • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• • Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• • Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets ($50K+/month)
• • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar
• • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• • Excellent communication and reporting skills
• • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint preferred

Responsibilities
