Job summary

Ashika Stock Services Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience to lead acquisition through Google Ads and Meta Ads.

You will manage agency relationships and media budgets, and drive analytics using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Mixpanel, plus run A/B tests and CRM campaigns. Close collaboration with product, growth, and tech teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Paid Performance Marketing
• Experience in Fintech, Stock Broking, BFSI, or Startups
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Attribution Tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust)
• Strong data-driven and analytical mindset
• Google Ads / Meta Certification preferred
