Job summary

Sahana System in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a talented PCB Designer to create high-quality PCB layouts for electronic products, ensuring manufacturable, reliable, and optimized designs.

You will convert schematics into layouts, perform placement and routing, and coordinate with hardware and embedded teams to support prototype testing and manufacturing, while considering EMI/EMC and thermal concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• PCB design experience with multiple toolchains desired.
• Experience with high-speed/multi-layer boards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design multilayer PCB layouts for analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Convert schematics into optimized PCB layouts and route components.
• Perform component placement and routing with attention to manufacturability.
• Conduct signal integrity and power integrity checks.
• Ensure DFM/DFA compliance and generate Gerber files, BOMs, and manufacturing docs.
• Coordinate with hardware and embedded teams and support prototype testing.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented PCB Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality PCB layouts for electronic products and ensuring manufacturable, reliable, and optimized designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design multilayer PCB layouts for analog, digital, RF, and mixed-signal circuits
• Convert schematics into optimized PCB layouts
• Perform component placement and routing
• Conduct signal integrity and power integrity checks
• Ensure DFM/DFA compliance
• Generate Gerber files, BOM, and manufacturing documents
• Coordinate with hardware and embedded teams
• Support prototype testing and debugging
• Work with fabrication and assembly vendors
• Ensure EMI/EMC and thermal optimization

Required Skills

• Strong PCB layout and design knowledge
• Experience with Altium Designer / Cadence Allegro / OrCAD / KiCad
• Knowledge of SPI, I2C, UART, USB, CAN, Ethernet
• Understanding of EMI/EMC and signal integrity
• Good debugging and problem‑solving skills
