Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled PCB Layout Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in highspeed
digital and power electronics PCB design. The candidate should have strong
expertise in Cadence OrCAD/Allegro PCB Designer, multilayer PCB layout, signal
integrity, power integrity, and Gerber release for manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop multilayer PCB layouts for power electronics and high-speed
- Create PCB layouts based on schematics using Cadence OrCAD/Allegro PCB Designer.
- Handle high-speed interfaces such as DDR4/DDR5, PCIe Gen4/Gen5, USB 3.x,
- Ethernet, SATA, and MIPI.
- Design power electronics PCBs for AC-DC/DC-DC converters, power supplies,
- battery management systems (BMS), and motor control applications.
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI),
- creepage, clearance, and thermal design guidelines.
- Generate fabrication outputs including Gerber, ODB++, drill files, pick-and-place
- files, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with hardware, mechanical, manufacturing, and PCB fabrication teams
- Perform design reviews, DFM, DFA, and DFT checks before PCB release.
- Support PCB debugging, prototype validation, and engineering change orders
- (ECOs).
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of PCB layout experience.
- Strong proficiency in Cadence OrCAD Capture, OrCAD PCB Designer, and Allegro
- PCB Designer.
- Experience with 4-layer to 20+ layer PCB designs.
- Good understanding of:
- o High-speed PCB routing
- o Controlled impedance routing
- o Length matching and timing constraints
- o Power plane optimization
- o Thermal management
- Experience in Gerber generation, PCB stack-up definition, and manufacturing
- file release.
- Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-A-600) is preferred.

- Automotive or aerospace electronics (preferred)
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics,
- Instrumentation, or a related discipline.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced product development environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional hardware and manufacturing teams.
