Job summary

TechiesDesigns Electronics Private Limited is seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer to develop high-speed, multilayer PCBs and ensure signal integrity across the product lifecycle.

The role involves using Allegro, Altium, PADS, Xpedition, or CADSTAR to design schematics and footprints, define stack-ups, and collaborate with Hardware Design Engineers to support manufacturing and testing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on PCB Layout Design experience.
• Experience with high-speed, multilayer boards.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and DFM/DFA.

Job Summary:

TechiesDesigns Electronics Private Limited is looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer with expertise in high-speed and multilayer PCB design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing complex PCB layouts, ensuring signal and power integrity, supporting manufacturing, and collaborating closely with Hardware Design Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-speed, high-density, multilayer PCBs using industry-standard ECAD tools such as Allegro, Altium Designer, PADS, Xpedition, or KiCAD.
• Create and maintain schematic symbols and PCB footprints in accordance with IPC standards.
• Define PCB stack-ups, design constraints, and routing strategies for high-speed designs.
• Work with interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, Bluetooth Audio & Video.
• Generate manufacturing outputs including Gerber, ODB++, Drill Files, and support CAM validation.
• Coordinate with Hardware Design Engineers, PCB Fabricators, and Assembly teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or related disciplines.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in PCB Layout Design with a strong focus on high-speed, multilayer boards.
• Proficiency in Allegro, Altium Designer, PADS, Xpedition, or CADSTAR.
• Strong knowledge of PCB stack-up design, controlled impedance routing, signal integrity, EMI/EMC guidelines, and PCB manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of IPC standards, DFM/DFA principles, and Gerber/CAM validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
