Job summary

Khurana & Khurana seeks an experienced patent docketing/paralegal professional to manage docketing, communications with foreign associates, and portfolio processes. You will handle client communications, filings, and ensure documentation accuracy from their Greater Noida office.

The role requires fluency in written and spoken English and a willingness to learn and align with the firm’s docketing practices while delivering reliable support to foreign matters.

Job description

1.Candidate should have at least 5-6 years of core experience in all facets of Patent Docketing/Paralegal/Secretary domain including comprehensively handling Communications with Foreign Associates, handling verbal communications with clients, having comprehensive knowledge of Patent Filing and Portfolio Management Process including handling Foreign Prosecution Portfolio along with foreign associates, answer procedural queries on foreign prosecution/annuity matters, and communicating with clients, checking/responding to emails and very comfortable on MS Outlook, Gmail, Excel, Word Documents, and associated MS Office Tools.

2.Candidate should be willing to work from the Greater Noida office of K&K. Requesting colleagues preferring other locations apart from Gr. Noida location not to apply.

3.Candidate should be willing to take full responsibility for the mandates/activities allocated to them to ensure correctness and accuracy of the documentation being done, reminders being sent, and client communication being engaged in.

4.Candidate should be willing to learn new responsibilities and incorporate docketing/paralegal practices being followed at K&K, along with give feedback/suggestions on how such practices can be improved.

5. Candidates should have very fluent written and verbal English so that communication with foreign associates is seamless and accurate.
