The role requires deep knowledge of the Indian Patent Act and experience before the Indian Patent Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of patent prosecution experience in Electronics, Mechanical, or Software technologies.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian Patent Act and prosecution practices.
• Experience handling IPO hearings is mandatory.
• Excellent technical writing and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication and client management skills.
• Registered Patent Agent/Attorney preferred.
• Degree from a reputed technical institute with an excellent academic background.
• Team player with leadership abilities and willingness to take additional responsibilities.
• Must be willing to work from the Greater Noida office.

Responsibilities
