Jade Global is seeking a Sr Oracle SCM Functional Architect (Offshore) to drive end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations across logistics, procurement, order-to-cash, and planning domains. The role emphasizes design, configuration, and cross-functional collaboration with global clients.

You will mentor junior team members, ensure thorough documentation, and promote best-practice adoption in a complex ERP footprint. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
• Experience with Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI and Consigned inventory; Procure to Pay; Order to Cash; Plan to Build.
• Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support).
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
• Experience with majority of the following processes and modules required:
• Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI and Consigned inventory
• Procure to Pay: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal
• Order to Cash: Order Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Global Order Promising, Reverse Logistics
• Plan to Build: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, PLM, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP
• Minimum 3 full cycle ERP implementations
• Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP
• Must be able to work independently with client users and senior management
• Ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users
• Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation.
• Current Oracle certification
