Job summary

Jade Global in Hyderabad, India seeks a seasoned Oracle SCM Architect with 12+ years in Supply Chain and Operations to lead global solution design, covering SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement.

You will own the design lifecycle from requirements through SIT/UAT to go-live, mentor consultants, and help grow the Oracle practice with accelerators. Deep Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS expertise is required with cross-region rollout experience valued.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA/PGDM in Operations & Supply Chain from premier institute; BE/engineering degree.
• Certifications: Active Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications (Manufacturing, Order Mgmt, Procurement).
• Leadership: Proven success leading cross-functional teams with global rollout projects.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design of global supply chain solutions, including SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement modules. Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and SIT, UAT to final go-live.
• Experience: 12+ years of extensive experience in Supply Chain & Operations, with at least 10+ years of specialized experience as an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MFG, CST, PO, OM, INV, Supply Planning) and Oracle EBS (R12/11i upgrades). Proven experience designing custom PaaS solutions and complex integrations.
• Process Optimization: Leverage your background in operations and business process consulting to provide strategic advice on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity improvements.
• Mentorship & Practice Growth: Contribute to the development of our Oracle practice by selecting, guiding, and mentoring consultants. Define and refine industry-specific solutions and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
