Job summary

Jade Global in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Oracle SCM consultant to lead and deliver ERP implementations across logistics, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and plan-to-build domains. You will partner with client users and senior management to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions, and mentor junior team members.

The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, proven full lifecycle delivery, and ability to drive standard feature adoption within a complex global ERP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
• Experience with Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI and Consigned inventory
• Procure to Pay: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal
• Order to Cash: Order Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Global Order Promising, Reverse Logistics
• Plan to Build: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, PLM, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP
• Minimum 3 full cycle ERP implementations
• Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP
• Must be able to work independently with client users and senior management
• Ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users
• Strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation.
• Current Oracle certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support)
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Logistics
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors
• Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications
• Support data migration, interfaces, and reporting requirements
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance
• Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and solutions
