Sr Oracle SCM Functional Architect (Offshore)1

Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM applications.
• Experience with majority of the following processes and modules required:
• Logistics: Inventory, Warehouse Management, Costing, VMI and Consigned inventory
• Procure to Pay: Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal
• Order to Cash: Order Management, Pricing, Scheduling, Global Order Promising, Reverse Logistics
• Plan to Build: Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, PLM, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP
• Minimum 3 full cycle ERP implementations
• Must have demonstrated ability to design and develop business solutions in ERP
• Must be able to work independently with client users and senior management
• Ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users
• Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation.
• Current Oracle certification
• Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules (design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support)
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Pricing, and Logistics
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors
• Perform system integrations with other enterprise applications
• Support data migration, interfaces, and reporting requirements
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance
• Ensure documentation of business processes, configurations, and solutions
• Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
• Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain domains
