Job summary

Jade Global in India (Maharashtra) seeks an Oracle SCM Functional (Oracle Cloud SCM Expert) to lead global supply chain solution design across SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, and Procurement. The candidate should have 12+ years in SCM and 10+ years in Oracle Apps SCM, owning the design lifecycle from requirement gathering through SIT, UAT to go-live.

Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MFG, CST, PO, OM, INV, Supply Planning) and Oracle EBS upgrades is required, along with

Oracle SCM Functional (Oracle Cloud SCM Expert) 1

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design of global supply chain solutions, including SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement modules. Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and SIT, UAT to final go-live.
• Experience: 12+ years of extensive experience in Supply Chain & Operations, with at least 10+ years of specialized experience as an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MFG, CST, PO, OM, INV, Supply Planning) and Oracle EBS (R12/11i upgrades). Proven experience designing custom PaaS solutions and complex integrations.
• Process Optimization: Leverage your background in operations and business process consulting to provide strategic advice on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity improvements.
• Mentorship & Practice Growth: Contribute to the development of our Oracle practice by selecting, guiding, and mentoring consultants. Define and refine industry-specific solutions and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.

Desired Qualification

• Education: MBA (or PGDM) in Operations & Supply Chain Management from a premier institution; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Certifications: Active Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud).
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing global rollout projects across diverse geographical regions (USA, Europe, Asia), and delivering significant business process improvements.
