Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams on global rollout projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of global supply chain solutions including SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement.
• Own end-to-end design lifecycle from requirements to SIT/UAT to go-live.
• Provide strategic advice on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization and productivity.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to development of Oracle practice accelerators.

• Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the design of global supply chain solutions, including SCM, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Procurement modules. Own the end-to-end design lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and SIT, UAT to final go-live.
• Experience: 12+ years of extensive experience in Supply Chain & Operations, with at least 10+ years of specialized experience as an Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant and Architect.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (MFG, CST, PO, OM, INV, Supply Planning) and Oracle EBS (R12/11i upgrades). Proven experience designing custom PaaS solutions and complex integrations.
• Process Optimization: Leverage your background in operations and business process consulting to provide strategic advice on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity improvements.
• Mentorship & Practice Growth: Contribute to the development of our Oracle practice by selecting, guiding, and mentoring consultants. Define and refine industry-specific solutions and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
