Job summary

Jade Global in India, Maharashtra seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Architect to lead global ERP initiatives. You will drive solution architecture for Fusion and EBS across P2B/O2C/P2P and planning cycles, with hands-on delivery in an onsite-offshore model and emphasis on change management and documentation.

The role requires deep knowledge of multiple Fusion modules and a track record of successful full-cycle implementations, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / EBS.
• Led at least 2 implementations as Oracle Fusion Solution Architect.
• Minimum 4 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM projects.
• Expertise in P2B, O2C, P2P, planning cycles.
• Knowledge in at least 2 Fusion modules: Manufacturing, SCM, Order Management, Cost Accounting, Procurement.
• Ability to drive best-practice feature adoption.

Job description

• 10-12 years experience in Oracle Fusion / EBS
• Experience of at least 2 implementation in the capacity of Oracle Fusion Solution Architect
• Experience of minimum 4 full cycle Oracle Fusion SCM
• Must have excellent knowledge of P2B, O2C, P2P, Planning cycles
• Must have excellent knowledge in at least 2 of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Order Manaugement, Cost Accounting, Procurement
• Must have the ability to drive industry best practice based standard feature adoption by the users
• Must have the ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation
• Must have the ability and willingness to collaborate and work cohesively in an onsite-offshore delivery model
• Must have excellent communication skill (verbal & written)
• Current Oracle certification will be highly desirable
