Job summary

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. in Rajsamand invites an experienced Sr. Operations Executive to oversee daily field operations at the site. You will manage manpower, monitor attendance, ensure SOP compliance, coordinate with field staff and external stakeholders, and generate operational reports.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in operations or related fields, graduates preferred, and is willing to travel. Two-wheeler with valid license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, field operations or related roles.
• Graduate level education preferred.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred for field movement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day field operations at the assigned location/site.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of daily operational activities as per SOPs.
• Monitor manpower attendance, deployment, productivity, and performance.
• Coordinate with Field Executives, Team Leaders and Supervisors.
• Track daily work completion and coverage against targets.
• Identify issues and take timely corrective actions to ensure service delivery.
• Coordinate with authorities, clients and stakeholders as required.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintain records of field activities.
• Review reports and monitor absenteeism, arranging replacements as needed.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify work quality and performance.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day field operations at the assigned location/site.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of daily operational activities as per company SOPs.
• Monitor manpower attendance, deployment, productivity, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with Field Executives, Team Leaders, Supervisors, and other operational staff.
• Track daily work completion, route/area coverage, and operational targets.
• Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Coordinate with government authorities, municipal officials, clients, and other stakeholders whenever required.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, processes, and SOPs at the site.
• Review daily operational reports and maintain accurate records related to manpower and field activities.
• Monitor absenteeism and arrange manpower replacements to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular field visits to verify work quality, employee performance, and service delivery.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with management.
• Analyze operational performance and suggest improvements for better productivity and service quality.
• Ensure proper discipline, grooming, and professional conduct of field employees.
