Job summary

DS Group is seeking a Senior Executive – Site Operations for Farm Connect at Noida. You will manage day-to-day field and pack house operations, supervise manpower deployment, and ensure timely dispatches while upholding quality standards.

The role requires 4–6 years in site operations, strong knowledge of fruits and vegetables, and hands-on ability to improve productivity, safety, and process compliance in a field and packaging environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4–6 years of site operations experience in agriculture/food processing/FMCG.
• Knowledge of fruits and vegetables quality, handling, and packaging.
• Experience in manpower management and productivity monitoring.
• Strong operational coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a field/site-based environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field and pack house operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Plan and monitor manpower deployment across operational activities and ensure optimum utilization.
• Drive manpower productivity and operational efficiency through supervision and coordination.
• Ensure proper handling, sorting, grading and packaging of fruits and vegetables as per defined quality standards.
• Monitor product quality and identify quality issues during field and pack house operations.
• Coordinate and monitor dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate supply to the designated destinations.
• Track dispatch schedules, inventory movement and operational requirements to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure uninterrupted site operations.
• Maintain operational records, productivity data and dispatch-related MIS/reports.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, safety standards and operational processes at the site.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, quality and turnaround time.

About the Role

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in site operations, pack house operations, agriculture/food processing, FMCG, fresh produce or related operations .
• Good understanding of fruits and vegetables , including quality parameters, handling and packaging requirements.
• Experience in manpower management and productivity monitoring .
• Strong operational coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a field/site-based environment and manage day-to-day operational challenges.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong focus on quality, productivity and timely execution .
