Job summary

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. in Sikar invites an Operations Executive to oversee daily field operations, monitor attendance of drivers and helpers, assign wards/areas, and ensure resources are utilized efficiently.

You will coordinate with field staff and summarize daily performance. Minimum graduation, strong communication and coordination skills, basic MS Excel and report preparation, and prior field operations/manpower handling experience preferred.

Position: Operations Executive

Location: Sikar

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Mark and monitor daily morning attendance of drivers and helpers.
• Assign wards/areas to field staff as per the daily schedule.
• Manage daily manpower deployment and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with field employees and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Monitor daily field operations and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.

Eligibility:

• Previous experience in field operations/manpower handling will be preferred.
• Candidates from Seoni Malwa or nearby areas will be preferred.
