Job summary

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. in Phalodi, Rajasthan is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily field operations, attendance management, and resource deployment.

You will coordinate with field staff, prepare operational reports, ensure SOP compliance, and help achieve daily targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation in any stream.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and report preparation.
• Good manpower handling and team coordination skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and proactive approach.
• Previous experience in field operations/manpower handling preferred.
• Candidates from Seoni Malwa or nearby areas preferred.

Location: Phalodi Rajasthan

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Mark and monitor daily morning attendance of drivers and helpers.
• Assign wards/areas to field staff as per the daily schedule.
• Manage daily manpower deployment and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Coordinate with field employees and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
