Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Administer Azure Active Directory, conditional access, and RBAC.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate cloud tasks.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for cloud issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and security.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services, Azure Active Directory, cloud security, automation, identity governance, and enterprise cloud infrastructure management. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient cloud operations.

Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration

• Design, develop, and maintain:
• Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive
• Manage Microsoft 365 cloud collaboration environments
• Support secure cloud deployments and migrations
• Configure cloud productivity and collaboration services

Identity & Access Management

• Administer Azure Active Directory (AAD)
• Manage:
• Conditional Access
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Identity Governance
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Ensure secure access and identity management practices

Automation & Scripting

• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation tasks
• Automate administrative and operational cloud activities
• Utilize native Microsoft cloud tools for process optimization
• Improve operational efficiency and cloud management workflows

Troubleshooting & Support

• Troubleshoot Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 issues
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for cloud-related incidents
• Support infrastructure management and cloud operations
• Participate in testing, documentation, and change management processes

Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with:
• Voice Engineering teams
• Salesforce teams
• Security teams
• BI teams
• Business stakeholders
• Support Agile delivery models and enterprise cloud initiatives
• Ensure high availability, security, and reliability of cloud systems
