Job summary

Symphoni Hr is seeking a maintenance professional to handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for production equipment at our facility in India. You will perform troubleshooting, align and commission machines, and ensure lubrication and PM schedules are kept up to date.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, experience with pumps and compressors, and coordination with production during shutdowns. SAP/MS Office familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Familiar with bearings, seals, couplings, belts and mechanical components.
• Knowledge of lubrication schedules and machine health management.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) experience.
• Safety, 5S and maintenance SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
• Maintain pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
• Repair and replace bearings, seals, couplings, belts, chains and mechanical components.
• Execute machine installation, alignment, commissioning, dismantling and shifting activities.
• Maintain lubrication schedules and machine health.
• Coordinate with Production during planned shutdowns and emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain PM schedules, maintenance logs and spare parts records.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment improvement, energy saving and cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, 5S and maintenance SOPs.
• SAP and MS Office exposure preferred.
