Responsibilities

  • To meet full demand of Sales Team
  • Execute indents promptly, ensuring zero backlog.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve complete and timely order fulfilment.
  • Ensure product quality and quantity verification prior to dispatch.
  • Validate invoice density for accuracy and eliminate errors.
  • Implement quality control measures as per IQCM standards.
  • Achieve zero franchise complaints related to quality and quantity.
  • Conduct regular training for TT crew and contract manpower to ensure operational excellence.
  • Oversee TT branding and optimize fleet utilization for efficiency.
  • Enforce compliance with HSE safety norms and company policies.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE by TT crew, contract manpower, and staff.
  • Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely fleet availability as per operational requirements.
  • Liaise with MCO for stock transfers to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with IT/EITL teams to resolve IT/SAP-related issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely and accurate indent execution.
  • Schedule and execute regular preventive maintenance of all equipment to ensure operational reliability.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping standards across the depot for safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure availability of critical spares to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted operations.
  • Reconcile RO accounts and ensure dispatches are made only against valid payments.
  • Monitor and control stock losses within defined targets.
  • Ensure error-free invoicing and maintain financial discipline in all transactions.
  • Controlling and Monitoring of Expense
  • Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage timely renewal of statutory licenses to avoid operational disruptions.
  • Maintain 100% adherence to statutory compliance across all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Purpose:
Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations, ensuring timely, accurate supply and inventory management to support marketing profitability. They are expected to ensure safe, compliant and efficient handling, storage and distribution of petroleum products. This role ensures operational continuity, stock accountability, regulatory compliance and manage transporters performance and initiatives like TT branding Crew Training etc.

Responsibilities

2. Quality and Quantity Once located, ensuring construction of retail outlet as per company & govt. norms.

  • Ensure product quality and quantity verification prior to dispatch.
  • Validate invoice density for accuracy and eliminate errors.
  • Implement quality control measures as per IQCM standards.
  • Achieve zero franchise complaints related to quality and quantity.

3. Safety of Operations

  • Conduct regular training for TT crew and contract manpower to ensure operational excellence.
