Job summary

Grow Control Power Tech is seeking a Lead Hardware Design Engineer to drive the development of power electronics systems in Telangana. You will architect and implement converter, inverter, and magnetics solutions, guiding analog, digital, and power stage circuits through design to validation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, proficiency with Altium/OrCAD, and experience with high-frequency transformers and EMI/EMC planning.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years in Power Electronics.
• Knowledge of high voltage design.
• Magnetics design experience.
• PCB layout guidance using Altium/OrCAD.
• Familiarity with industrial standards.
• Risk assessment & reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware development lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end hardware development lifecycle.
• Architecture design for power electronics systems.
• Circuit design (Analog, Digital, Power stages).
• Design of high-frequency transformers, inductors, and magnetic components.
• Simulation (PSPICE, MATLAB, LTspice).
• Component selection & derating calculations.
• Thermal design & reliability engineering.
• EMI/EMC compliance planning.
• Prototype validation & failure analysis.
