Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the R&D team in designing and developing power electronics products across converter topologies.
• Oversee development and implementation of control algorithms for power electronics applications.
• Provide technical leadership in selection and application of power electronics components for performance and cost efficiency.
• Conduct detailed simulations and analyses to validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with software, firmware, and systems engineering for integrated hardware/software solutions.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to prototyping, testing and production.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in power electronics systems and guide the R&D team.
• Stay updated on advancements in power electronics, control algorithms, and industry standards.
• Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and strategic plans to senior management.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster continuous learning.
