Job summary

Whirlpool is hiring a Sr Manager - PMO in Gurgaon to lead and govern strategic programs and procurement initiatives. The role demands strong governance, supplier performance management, and risk mitigation across the project portfolio.

The candidate should have extensive experience in procurement lifecycles, program management, and cross-functional leadership within automotive, consumer durable, consultancy or FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

• B Tech (Mech) is required and MBA preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in automotive, consumer durable, consultancy, FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycles and project management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Drive and govern key programs for business growth as a core member of India organization.
• Design frameworks, enforce compliance and manage supplier performance to deliver business value.
• Ensure sourcing activities adhere to policies and legal standards; manage vendor risks.
• Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management review.

Role - Sr Manager -PMO

Role & responsibilities

• Be a core member of India organization driving and governing key programs for business growth.
• Designs frameworks, enforces compliance, and manages supplier performance to ensure sourcing projects deliver expected business value.
• Ensures that all sourcing activities adhere to organizational policies, legal standards.
• Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks associated with vendor dependencies, supply chain disruptions, and contract failures across the project portfolio.
• Have proven ability to identify sustainable sourcing partners to drive programs like SCoC, TPDD etc to drive sustainable sourcing.
• Strong Business acumen to drive change management.
• Identify opportunities in the Digital procurement space for overall efficiency improvement.
• Strong governance on overall strategic and compliance initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and MIS reports for management review.
