Job summary

City Corporation in Pune seeks a skilled facility maintenance engineer to oversee mall infrastructure, including HT/LT electrical systems, substations, transformers, and HVAC/BMS assets. The role focuses on preventive and breakdown maintenance, energy management, and coordinating with vendors to keep systems reliable.

The candidate should hold a B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines and have hands-on experience with CMMS and energy solutions in hospitality or retail environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech) with related mall/hospitality experience.
• Experience with HT/LT electrical systems and substations is essential.
• Background in maintenance of chillers, AHUs, HVAC, and BMS operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain mall infrastructure assets including transformers, DG sets, chiller plants, AHUs, electrical panels, lifts, escalators, HT substations, and kiosks.
• Supervise third-party facility management agencies and close daily maintenance activities and snag lists.
• Prepare and implement an annual asset management calendar, including AMC renewals and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are executed as per approved SO.
