Job summary

Taneja Developers & Infrastructure is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee operation and maintenance across electrical systems, HT/LT panels, HVAC, and life safety equipment in an on-site capacity in Mohali. The role requires hands-on maintenance, fault finding, and preventive planning within a real estate-focused environment.

The candidate should have a background in Real Estate maintenance, with experience in circuit breakers, starters, transformers, and standby power systems.

Qualifications

• Must have background in Real Estate operations or maintenance.
• Experience with electrical distribution panels and switchgear is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain circuits of all breakers (ACB, VCB, MCCB).
• Control and power wiring of starters (DOL, star-delta).
• Operate transformers up to 2000 KVA (dry & wet).
• Operate DG set up to 1500 KVA (Cummins make).
• Operate HT and LT panels in manual and auto modes.
• Maintain firefighting systems (jockey pump, hydrant, sprinkler).
• Fault find and maintain lighting system and panel wiring.
• Operate PLC and manual synchronizing system.
• Operate HVAC systems (Chiller, AHU).
• Operate lifts and escalators.
• Operate UPS and inverters.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records for preventive/breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain material records and WTP operations.
• N.B.: Candidate must be from Real Estate background.
