Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a senior HR professional with 8–12 years of experience to oversee statutory compliance, labour relations and welfare programs at our Nagpur manufacturing location.

You will ensure timely ESIC, PF and other statutory filings, and coordinate with unions and management to maintain a harmonious industrial environment. The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, HRM or similar, with strong documentation skills and a track record in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in HR or personnel management.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Masters in Social Work or HRM or PG Diploma in Personnel Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal and statutory compliances as per the legal calendar.
• Maintain harmonious relation between union and management.
• Handle legal cases, disciplinary action and contract labour management.
• Maintain GPA and Mediclaim data as required.
• Coordinate ESIC and PF activities.
• Organize welfare activities.
• Manage canteen and transport.
• Oversee WST and third-party staff management.
