Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall Accounts & Finance functions of the organization.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accurate accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage working capital, cash-flow planning, and fund requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
• Review tax computations, returns, assessments, and statutory filings.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and variance analysis.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and accounting processes.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Support business decisions through financial analysis, costing, profitability analysis, and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify process improvements, cost-control opportunities, and financial risks.
• Support management in audits, due diligence, banking arrangements, and other financial projects.
