• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.), and corporate policies. Manage internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data to explain variances, control expenditure, and optimize company cash flow.
