Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Pune is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to translate business requirements into cloud HR solutions and provide technical direction for enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with analysts and architects to design, configure, and implement scalable HR technology solutions across Core HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technology development/engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years configuring and implementing Oracle HCM with at least one full life cycle implementation.
• Minimum 3 years in HR Technology modules: Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Timekeeping.
• Minimum 3 years using Oracle HCM cloud tools: HCM Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, BI Publisher, Approval workflows.
• Minimum 3 years working on SDLC-based ERP projects with integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-based software using DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, code, and stable applications.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams for scalable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, diagnose complex issues, and support incident troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute unit tests and support CIT/UAT testing.
• Support implementation, enhancements, post-production triage, and ongoing maintenance.

• Support estimation, resource planning, and continuous improvement across projects.

Job Summary

This individual contributor is primarily responsible for translating business requirements and functional specifications into Oracle ERP HCM Cloud solutions, for assisting in contributing to and leveraging the technical direction for the development of integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions, and for providing consultation to help ensure new and existing software solutions are developed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-based software solutions using DevOps, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, code, and stable application solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations, resolve complex issues, and support incident troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute unit testing and support integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support application implementation, enhancements, post-production triage, and ongoing maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical specifications and documentation aligned with industry best practices.
• Support project estimation, resource planning, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain expertise in application architecture, integrations, and customizations to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Technology development/engineering
• Minimum three (3) years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM with at least one (1) full life cycle implementation
• Minimum three (3) years of experience working in HR Technology modules of Core HR/Benefits/Compensation/Absence Management/Payroll/Timekeeping
• Minimum three (3) years experience with Oracle HCM cloud tools such as HCM Fast Formula, HCM Extract, HDL, Oracle BI publisher, Approval workflow development
• Minimum three (3) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
• Three (3) years experience working in a complex ERP system environment having integrations to many upstream/downstream systems (real-time and batch)
• Minimum three (3) years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
