Qualifications

• Exposure to Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and BI Publisher/OTBI.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules across Core HR, Compensation, ORC, and Grade/Rate structures.
• Assist in data migration, integrations, and reporting activities.
• Perform unit testing, CRPs, and user workshops; validate data and ensure pay transparency initiatives.
