Job Description

• Provide comprehensive desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting for end-users.
• Manage IT assets, ensuring proper inventory and compliance with company policies.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and peripheral devices.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and software updates when necessary.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity and related equipment.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal IT performance and security.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams when required.
• Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong Windows OS troubleshooting (registry, services, event viewer, networking basics).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of hybrid AD environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VLAN concepts).
• Endpoint management tools (Intune strongly preferred).
• Experience with RMM tools (similar to NinjaOne) a plus.
• Security awareness (endpoint AV, MFA enforcement, access control).
