Qualifications

• 2 years relevant IAM/BA experience

Responsibilities

• Data Validation: Collaborate with SaaS application teams to obtain user data extracts from various systems and sources.
• Identity Solution Integration: Utilize identity governance and administration tools to validate user data against the central identity repository.
• Discrepancy Detection: Identify and analyze discrepancies between extracted user data and data stored in the identity solution.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate root causes of data discrepancies including data quality issues and access provisioning errors.
• Data Correction: Work with relevant teams to rectify data discrepancies and ensure user information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of data validation processes, findings, and corrective actions.
• Reporting: Generate reports and provide regular updates to management regarding data completeness and accuracy initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with application teams to obtain user extracts, validate them against our identity solution, and identify any discrepancies.
