The Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Lead will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive identity and access governance controls across enterprise applications and services. The role requires deep expertise in SailPoint or Saviynt implementation and focuses on establishing a robust, compliant, and scalable identity governance framework aligned with the organizations operational and regulatory environment.
Lead the design and deployment of the organizations Identity & Access Management (IAM) and governance framework, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and IT security objectives.
Develop and implement enterprise-wide IAM standards, processes, and procedures in line with global security frameworks.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices.
Integrate standalone and enterprise applications with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, including developing custom connectors where necessary.
Design, configure, test, and support centralized IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, including hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environments.
Manage technologies supporting SSO, PIM/PAM, MFA, Access Governance, and Logical Access frameworks.
Conduct periodic IAM assessments and audits to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on relevant IAM laws, regulations, standards, and emerging technologies.
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for IAM initiatives, fostering collaboration across internal teams and external service providers.
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience: 810 years in IT, with a minimum of 4 years in implementing and managing IAM solutions, access management, and identity governance programs.
Hands-on experience in SailPoint or Saviynt implementation (mandatory).
Experience with enterprise IAM architecture, integration, and connector development.
Exposure to the healthcare sector (preferred) with understanding of industry-specific IT applications and compliance standards.
Strong knowledge of IAM tools, frameworks, and security standards.
Desirable certifications: CISSP, and Cloud Security certifications (Azure / AWS).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
