Job summary

Xperts Global Consulting in India seeks an HR payroll specialist to manage the Employee Management Life Cycle—from hiring and engagement to retention and exit—and to monitor HR system implementation. Experience in factory payroll and strong Excel skills are required.

You will process monthly salary and attendance for staff and contractors, ensure PF/ESI and statutory compliance, work with payroll software, and handle employee issues, grievances, and data documentation.
